Italy has always been ahead of its time, not to say a precursor. They are often avant-garde and know how to create icons that last over time. This is how the Vespa was born and has been available for over 80 years. It is like the Fiat 500, which was able to renew itself in 2007 after 50 years.
Wanting to pay tribute to the icon of Italian travel that has become an essential industrial design, TACS has put all its efforts into taking the key elements of this scooter and integrating this monument of design into the watch.
The Watch:

The Automatic Motorscooter is a reflection of this philosophy, a watch where craftsmanship and design come together in perfect harmony. Inspired by the freedom of the open road, this watch reminds us that time, like life, is meant to be lived.
The Dial:
TACS takes into consideration every aspect of our Walkman that allowed us to take our music with us during our childhood. The eye-catching dial features 1 sapphire crystal to protect all the design that the watch contains. The dynamic lines of the watch dial are inspired by the Vespa's starter lever, an essential element that evokes the beginning of every adventure. A new luminous coating ensures that the hands and indexes remain visible, even in low light conditions, for a smooth viewing experience.
The baton-shaped hands are luminescent. For better readability, several minute indicators are located inside to remind the tire dimensions.
The Movement:
The double transparent lens reveals the 21 jewels of the Miyota NH70 skeleton automatic movement, also handcrafted in Japan. This movement features a 42-hour power reserve and a 21,600 oscillation per hour. It will have an accuracy of -20 to + 40 seconds per day. This creation incorporates all the Japanese know-how inside and out.
The Bracelet:
The black silicone strap of this timepiece is made by the famous German manufacturer Hirsch. This silicone strap is very flexible and comfortable. It closes with a brushed stainless steel pin buckle. Thanks to its 24 millimeter lug width, it will easily adapt to a male wrist with a circumference ranging from 130 to 190 mm. The watch strap is equipped with integrated spring pumps (also called flash pumps or quick pumps) to allow for quick and easy exchange.
Sealing:
This timepiece has a water resistance of 100m or 10ATM in watchmaking parlance, provided the crown is properly closed and screwed down. Your watch will accompany you everywhere even in the most humid environments, you can wash your hands, swim, take your shower and your bath. On the other hand, the leather strap will experience premature wear if you bathe it. Our team recommends that you leave your watch dry to preserve the precision and quality of the mechanism.
